Developed in 2004, Beaumont Ridge is a subdivision located about 25 miles west of downtown Milwaukee. Although situated in the Village of Merton, we are in the Richmond school district and have a Sussex, WI mailing address. Our subdivision consists of 82 single family lots. It is located on the former Beaumont Family Farm, directly across from Ironwood Golf Course.
The website is intended to be a simple place to store documents and photos that might be of interest to the Beaumont Ridge homeowners. It will start out small and grow as the neighborhood does. For now, the links include:
